Jennifer Fox is an internationally acclaimed producer, director, writer and camerawoman.
The project "VAGINA WARS" (working title) is a multipart hour-long narrative series that delves into the historical battle for reproductive freedom and abortion rights in America over the past century and a half. It tells the compelling stories of protagonists from both sides of the issue during seven pivotal time periods.
My role involved creating the visual branding and pitch materials for Jennifer's presentation, blending historical elements with a modern twist to capture the essence of the series.
Contributions:
Visual Branding: Developed a visually striking and thematically appropriate branding concept that combined historical aesthetics with contemporary elements, setting the tone for the series. I used Adobe Photoshop to manipulate the cover image, edit the graphic, and add textures to better suit the tone of the material.
Pitch Materials: Translated the concept into pitch materials. Both horizontal and vertical versions were created, ensuring consistency across both digital and print formats to support Jennifer's presentation and secure funding for her project from investors.
Design Programs: Utilized Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Keynote to bring the project to life, leveraging their unique capabilities for design and presentation.
By skillfully integrating Illustrator, InDesign, and Keynote, I sourced images and created a visually compelling representation of "VAGINA WARS," aligning the project's branding with its historical narrative while infusing it with a fresh, modern twist

Pitch created in both horizontal and vertical form. the final title design. Photo manipulation, added texture and newspaper copy featuring relevant articles & creating fake ones to fit the narrative of Jennifer's story. Color corrected to fit the somber and bleak vibes of the pitch.
