What are some things Kenzie does well?
Kenzie is a superbly talented designer, with a great attitude, that seems to effortlessly fly through boat loads of work. Now I know, in fact, that it is not effortlessly, and she works extremely hard with abstract requirements, tight deadlines, and ever shifting deliverables, and she crushes it.
Recently, a colleague said, "Kenzie is an amazing designer capable of making ideas come to life. I've worked with some talented graphic/motion design people in the past, but the speed in which Kenzie is able to create amazing content is truly unique."
She uses her vast skillset to deliver top notch video content, static content, and is always evolving our brand across all mediums. Before Kenzie (I refer to as BK), we didn't really have a brand or look and feel out in the world, and now when you see ads, posts, and videos, out in the wild, you can see [our]. Kenzie's creativity, design eye, and mad skillz are the main reason for that.
Kenzie is able to tackle a lot of work at one time and shifts to the ever changing requirements, but always has a great attitude. Another colleague says "Even without a deep knowledge of sports she's able to quickly grasp new concepts and execute them seamlessly. On top of all that, she has a positive attitude and is great to work with on all fronts!"
How could Kenzie improve?
There isn't anything to improve. I always receive great feedback from the marketing team about how hard she works, and delivers everything in a timely manner.
Which of Kenzie's recent accomplishments would I like to celebrate?
Here are a bunch of things Kenzie's accomplished recently:
She delivered, after many, many, changes in scope, our lead gen videos for marketing. They are amazing and she did it all the while keeping a positive attitude about it. It was a struggle for marketing to really decide what they wanted and how to express it, event after countless meetings. But Kenzie crushed this set of videos.
Recently, she did it again for a boat load of ads/featurettes post launch that marketing can now use on google, instagram, twitter, and facebook.
Kenzie was thrown into learning a new tool for static designs this year, Figma, and this was 8 months after learning Sketch. And she did it with ease and helped establish all new templates for marketing to leverage.

Resilience
Kenzie encompasses all of our values, but she has been very resilient this year with the amount of changes and edits she had to make to our lead gen videos. So much so that is was on the verge of causing PTSD. But she handled it like a pro and crushed it as usual.

5 - Distinguished
She has a skillset that no one else in our company has and to be honest, I don't think we could necessarily find very easily. She has delivered a ridiculous amount of creative work for marketing this year, handling the entire needs of that team by herself.
